Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated during the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at quickkpick01@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, when possible, photos or other details showing the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us first. The simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
